About Parable Garden

What this is

Parable Garden is a children's site for the parables — short stories Jesus told to teach about kindness, hope, and being ready. Each parable is illustrated, read aloud, and built around a single gentle question. There are no ads, no leaderboards, no streaks to break.

How we tell the stories

We try to keep the wonder of the original parable while letting a four-year-old follow along. The Bible reference appears at the end, never the start. Every reflection question has three answers — none of them wrong.

The translation we lean on is the International Children's Bible (ICB), with reference to the NIV.

Privacy

Your child's reading progress is kept on this device. We don't track children, we don't run advertising, and we don't share your family's reading with anyone.

Grown-ups can view, export, or delete all stored data at any time.
