A Story Jesus Told
The Net
From the Gospel of Matthew
Scroll to begin
Two fishermen rowed out into the dark sea. They cast their wide net far into the water.
When they pulled the net back, it was heavy — full of every kind of fish they could imagine.
As the sky began to glow, they rowed toward shore, towing the heavy net behind them.
At the shore, they sorted: some fish went into baskets, and others were gently let go.
What does it feel like
to be picked?
“The kingdom of heaven is like a net that was let down into the lake.”
From Matthew, Chapter 13
A flower bloomed.
You finished The Net. Your garden has one more flower in it.
